Experience,
professional ethics
and versatility.
I’m Mónica Ajo, an
economist and translator of economic, financial and corporate communications texts from English to Spanish. I also provide transcreation and editing services.
In 2002, I started working as a professional translator, following various roles in marketing and communications in European software companies in Madrid.
My experience in marketing gave me a solid understanding of corporate communications and made me aware of the importance of quality translations for safeguarding a company’s image and reputation. It was during those years that I started my training as a translator, with the aim of dedicating myself fully to this wonderful profession. When I felt ready to take the next step, I set up my own financial and corporate communications translation business.
In recent years I have expanded my portfolio of services to respond to the growing demand for translating corporate sustainability information that complies with European regulations.
